Where are you located?

We are located in NSW Australia. Shipping will be made from Australia 

Do you offer 
local pickup?

Yes! If you are from the Hunter Valley NSW, please add your items to your cart and at shipping there will be a 'local pickup' option. When i receive the order, i will be in contact to organise a day and time. 

Shipping Times?

Fine art prints can take up to 2 weeks to be shipped. Originals are generally shipped within the week. Greeting cards are also made to order & hand embellished so can range between 1-2 weeks. Please note that the post can sometimes have delays so its best to order early. 

Will I get a certificate of Authenticity?

Certificates of Authenticity come with all original pieces and limited edition prints. Open edition prints do not come with a certificate of Authenticity.

Do you offer
Afterpay?

Yes I do!

Do you ship
Overseas?

Yes I do, just not via the website currently!
Due to shipping costs being different pending location, Those wanting to buy an artwork outside of Australia can purchase via email emilybirdseyart@gmail.com. An estimate shipping cost will be calculated depending on location and an invoice will be sent through for purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction with our artwork is our top priority. If, for any reason, you encounter an issue with your order or if the received item falls short of your expectations, we are committed to resolving the matter promptly.
 

Colour Accuracy: While we make every effort to provide accurate colour representation in our prints, please bear in mind that variations in screen calibrations can affect how colours appear. To ensure you're getting the most accurate perception of the artwork's colours, we recommend viewing it on multiple devices, such as desktop computers and smartphones.
 

Original Artwork Purchases: All purchases of our original artworks are considered final. Emily Birdsey personally oversees the meticulous packaging and secure delivery of these cherished pieces using reliable courier services. Posting original artworks are also quite costly and covered by the studio.
 

Change of Mind Purchases: As a general policy, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind" purchases. We adhere to Australia's consumer protection laws, which stipulate that shipping fees for returns initiated without a valid reason are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipment costs will only be covered by Emily Birdsey Fine Art for faulty merchandise or items that do not meet the consumer guarantee standards.
We do not offer refunds for change of minds.

 

Fine Art Prints: For fine art prints to be eligible for return, they must be in their original, unhandled packaging. However, please note that this policy does not apply to "change of mind" returns. If a returned print is deemed unsuitable for any reason upon inspection, we reserve the right to decline a refund.
